Access to Student Academic Records
The Registrar’s Office maintains student educational records. Only the students, the students’ advisors, and the administrators within the College will have access to these records.
Academic records are those internal documents or electronic images maintained by the Registrar’s Office that reflect the unabridged academic histories of students at the College. The transcripts of the academic records are documents that, at the request of the students or former students, are forwarded to persons or agencies for their use in reviewing the academic performance of students.
