Appliance Kitchen - AK11

This program provides instruction in the installation, servicing, repair, and replacement of residential and commercial kitchen appliances. Appliances may include electric and gas ovens, ranges, food steamers, microwaves and vented hoods. Topics include electrical and mechanical control components, wiring diagram interpretation, component and control diagnosis, repair and replacement, installation procedures, food steamer service and installation, gas appliance codes and installation, microwave repairs and commercial vent service and installations.
