Student Access

Students who are enrolled, or who were formerly enrolled, at Columbus Technical College have the right to inspect their academic records. They have the right to challenge the content of records, to make explanations, and to petition for corrections to be made within those records when applicable by completing an Education Records Review Assessment Form.

A student may obtain a complete copy of their transcripts by presenting a written request to the Registrar’s Office. Students must allow three working days for processing a transcript request. Students can be legally denied transcript services for indebtedness to the College.
