THR 230 Dramatic Theory and Criticism
This class will explore significant critical schools of analysis in regards to the making and interpretation of dramatic literature and performance thereof. By the end of the course, students will be conversant in major schools of critical theory, be able to engage analytically with literary and performance texts, generate creative and original scholarship related to the course materials, and coherently present sections of their work to the class.
