BIO 308 Paleontology:The History of Life

A study of fossils and ancient life. This course examines the patterns and processes by which fossils are preserved, and looks at the history of life on our planet. This includes patterns of speciation, mass extinction, ancient environments, and a phylum-by-phylum look at the evolution of life.
