NM5820 Clinic Observation 1
This course introduces the student to the clinical experience. Students develop a familiarity with clinic operations and individual roles in delivering naturopathic medicine as part of the patient care team. Clinic Observation 1 allows for students to integrate learning of basic science and naturopathic principles in the patient care setting. This course includes one 22-hour clinical observation rotation during the first year as well as up to a total of 22 hours of classroom/lab instruction spread over fall, winter and spring terms.
