MAT 408 Advanced Statistical Analysis
This course builds upon foundational statistical methods to develop advanced analytical skills used in business, research, and applied decision‑making. Students will explore hypothesis testing for two samples, one‑way and two‑way ANOVA, and a comprehensive suite of regression techniques including simple linear, multiple linear, dummy variables, quadratic, exponential, logarithmic, and logistic models. Emphasis is placed on interpreting results, validating model assumptions, and communicating findings with clarity and integrity. Microsoft Excel will be used extensively for computation and analysis.
