LAW8490 Special Topics in Law: Experiential

An intensive exploration into specialty topics in the law through simulation of legal practice. This classroom course will integrate doctrine, theory, skills and legal ethics, while engaging students in performance of professional skills and self-reflection. Topics offer opportunities to integrate new material reflecting changes in the field or more detailed analysis into issues and trends. Refer to semester class schedule for title and description of topic offered. May be repeated for credit when the topic varies. Prerequisite: to be determined by the instructor.
