Graduate Certificate in E-Learning Design and Technology
The graduate certificate in E-Learning Design and Technology moves beyond instructional design, which is the focus of the vast majority of programs related to distance education, to draw connections between instructional technology, media, universal design methods, and e-learning strategies.
Adhering to the admission policies of the University, eligibility would be limited to students who have completed a bachelor’s degree. Students do not need a special technology skill set to pursue the certificate.
Course Requirements
This certificate will require 18 credits. Course prerequisites include DTL 6000 to be taken prior to core courses. DLT 8000 is the last course in the sequence with core courses identified as prerequisites. The elective may be taken at any point in the course sequence.
