Banner Web System
Banner Web is the online tool that allows students to manage their personal and academic information at West Georgia Technical College. All students can access BANNER Web from the West Georgia Technical College home page at www.westgatech.edu or from www.westgatech.edu/banner.
From BANNER Web you can:
- View class schedules Register online
- Pay for classes online
- Add or drop a class
- Check fees for classes
- View and update personal information: email address, emergency contacts, address and phone numbers
- Check your grades
- Request transcripts
- View holds
- Look up your financial aid eligibility
- Check your financial aid award information
Logon Instructions
- Go to www.westgatech.edu/banner
- First time users review the “First Time User Steps” on Banner Web Homepage
- Select Banner Self-Service Login
- Enter your Banner Web User ID (your student ID number)
- Enter your Banner Web PIN number. Your PIN number is your 6 digit birth date (mmddyy), if you have not changed it
- Select Login
