SOC 275 Technology and Society

This course looks at technological change from historical, artistic, and social perspectives and how it influences human needs and concerns.  The course will also use current events to demonstrate its influence on society. Emphasis is placed on the causes and consequences of technological change and its intersectionality with literacy and social responsibility.
