BUSN 410 Performance Management

This course introduces topics related to effective work performance.  The course is intended to explain concepts related to the ongoing process of planning, facilitating, assessment and improving individual and organizational performance.  Topics include compensation tools such as salary, incentives, and benefits as well as desirable employee behaviors, and fail compensation programs used to motivate proper behaviors.
