EDRD 6393 Approaches to Reading Assessment

This course provides an overview of methods of reading assessment with an emphasis on informal measures such as running records and informal inventories. It provides information on scoring and interpretation of high stakes tests in reading. It also provides practice in using assessment information to effectively plan reading instruction.
