SPAN 3326 Spanish for Pharmacy

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Spanish, with emphasis on developing listening comprehension and speaking skills in the pharmacy setting.  It includes activities for developing abilities in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.  This course will address the following general topics related to health professions: body parts, illnesses and symptoms, numbers, dates, colors, family history, as well as interviewing and counseling patients.  Students will also learn terminology specific to pharmacy topics.
