BMGT 4347 Total Quality and Lean Management

Fundamental course topics include an exploration of the different types of Quality Methodologies. The course includes a review of concepts, tools, and best practices for each project methodology. These methodologies have been used in corporate, non-profit, and government entities. A focus of what methodology is used for particular types of processes and goals will be reviewed.
