BIOL 1401 Diversity of Life and Laboratory

This course covers the diversity of living organisms. it includes surveys of microbes, plants, and animals; topics in ecology; and environmental issues. Information is also presented on Mendelian genetics, DNA structure, and evolution. It is designed for non-majors and serves as a laboratory science requirement for the core curriculum.
