HADM 6311 Human Resource Management and Ethics in Healthcare Organizations
This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of human resources management with a focus on issues confronting healthcare administrators. Emphasis is placed on the competencies necessary for effective recruitment, training, compensation, evaluation, retention, evaluation, and development of human resources within the healthcare industry. Special attention is given to issues related to the clinical workforce.
