EDUC 3340 Instructional Technology

Instructional Technology introduces preservice teachers to instructional technology used in EC-12 classrooms and methods for technology integration. Instructional models and strategies for effective implementation in various education settings will be demonstrated and applied. This course will be organized around 21st Century Skills: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity, as well as problem-solving, location and evaluation of information, and innovation. This professional development course offers students practical application of digital learning curriculum including digital literacy and evaluation guided by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards. Offered in Fall and Spring.
