BMGT 3354 Human Resource Management

The purpose of this course is to give students an overview of the concepts related to human resource management, with an emphasis on the applicability of these concepts to managers outside of Human Resources departments. Some of the topics covered include recruitment and selection, job description and job design, performance appraisal, compensation, labor relations, and employment law.
