DEPO-3103 Seleccion Rugby
This sport of English origin and strong physical contact is practiced with an oval-shaped ball, with rules that ensure fair play. It is played in a field similar to the soccer field. During trainings, students learn the culture of effort, sacrifice, loyalty, and chivalry above the importance of the score or passing situations. The purpose is to form teams with high-level players, with good behavior on and off the field. It also improves physical and mental condition. Students with or without experience are eligible. One men’s and one women’s team are formed to develop tactics and strategies to elevate the competitive level. This sport develops in students a sense of belonging and good relations among team members.
