JOUR 10103 Media and Society
Open to students in all departments. This course is designed to help students understand and identify the effects media has on society, and examine benefits and potential negative effects of various media content. Students will also develop an informed, critical, and practical understanding of communication media, including analysis of digital media and the goals and methods of various media industries.
