SOC 1510 Introduction to Sociology
An introductory course of the field of sociology, this course examines a diverse range of topics on human behavior and social structure. Content focuses on developing a sociological perspective, through theory and research, for analyzing all aspects of social life. Analysis of culture, development of the self, interactions in groups, deviance and social inequality, social institutions and social change using sociological theories form the core of this course.
