NUTR 490B Nutrition Research Project
This course is designed for students enrolled in the Research Track of the MS in Nutrition and Health Promotion. Guides students in implementing their thesis projects and writing a publishable manuscript in the spring semester. Students work in groups, with the support of a faculty advisor, to collect and analyze data, prepare a scientific manuscript, and formally present their research findings to faculty members and student colleagues.
