NUR 11800 Nursing Fundamentals II
The Nursing Process is applied to care for the basic health needs of adult patients in the areas of body defense, mobility, gaseous transfer, chemical regulation and elements of the 7 Basic Human Needs. Clinical experiences are provided in the Nursing Skills/Simulation Laboratory, as well as in the community and subacute and long-term care settings.
Corequisite
NUR 10300 (or challenge exam, CPL); NUR 11600 (if a student has completed prior to NUR 11800 they must achieve a grade of C+ or higher); and
BIO 11000,
ENG 10100, and
PSY 10110 (if a student has completed prior to NUR 11600 they must achieve a grade of C or higher)
