Program Description:
The program provides students with the skills required for computer end-user support in hardware, operating systems, and applications used in today’s businesses.
Program Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of common computer application
- Develop the skills necessary to install and configure computer hardware, software and operating systems
- Develop the ability to configure wired and wireless networks
- Implement Cyber Security practices to defend against cyber threats
- Develop technical and customer service skills required for helpdesk and computer support positions
