NUR 14600 Adult Health I

The Nursing Process is applied to care for the adult patient related to the need for body defense, chemical regulation and the cardiovascular component of gaseous transfer. Clinical experiences are provided for the student in the acute care setting and in the Nursing Skills/Simulation Laboratory.

Prerequisite

NUR 10300 (with a grade of C+ or higher or challenge exam, CPL); and NUR 11500 (with a grade of C+ or higher) or NUR 11800 (with a grade of C+ or higher); and BIO 11000, ENG 10100 and PSY 10110 (with a grade of C or higher)

Corequisite

BIO 11100 (if a student has completed prior to NUR 14600 they must achieve a grade of C or higher)
