LGS 11210 Criminal Law and Procedures

Crimes, arrests, and defenses. Students will have the opportunity to learn the basics of criminal law and procedure, including specific crimes from assault to murder and corresponding defenses. Students will draft various legal documents and analyze cases in preparation to work in a general practice law firm or where the emphasis is on criminal law.
