HPW 27000 Wellness and Circuit Training

Students will have an opportunity to reinforce and master an overall understanding of fitness and wellness. By applying the skills necessary to make fitness and wellness a lifetime commitment, students will learn how to design a circuit training program by combining cardiovascular activity with strength conditioning.
