MCS 150 Multiculturalism in Fire Science

This course focuses on issues relating to the challenges presented to firefighters/emergency responders by increasingly diverse communities and work forces. It places these complex dynamics in social and historical context and points to skills and strategies for firefighters and agencies to better understand and communicate with diverse communities. This course can be used to fulfill the Multicultural Studies degree requirement.
