CIS 4013 Software Project Management
Software project management is dedicated to the planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and tracking, and delivery of software and web projects. This course features topics such as developing software intensive systems; project cost and schedule estimation, project planning, documenting, and tracking; risk management and quality assurance; project and software lifecycles; and working in project teams. Students will examine a range of process models for project management, including waterfall, incremental and spiral models, and agile approaches. PR: CIS 2003, CIS 2033, and CIS 2043.
