HLTH103 Introduction to Phlebotomy & Laboratory Procedures
This course teaches basic concepts in the area of medical laboratory safety, specimen collection (venipuncture and capillary), specimen processing, and laboratory mathematics and lab equipment. The student will obtain clinical experience in phlebotomy (venipuncture and capillary) collections, and specimen processing at an area medical facility.
