Employment of Piedmont College Students

The mission of the Student Employment Program at Piedmont College is to provide students a meaningful work experience aimed at enhancing college and career goals, while providing financial support.

Piedmont College offers employment to eligible students each year, regardless of need, within the limits of available funding. Student workers earn the National Minimum Wage on a bi-weekly basis. Piedmont College’s Work Study Program is part of an effort to reduce the financial burden on families while teaching productive work habits as part of a well-rounded, liberal arts education.

Students interested in working on campus should refer to the Piedmont College Career Services Online Job Board. There students can view all available opportunities, submit their resume, find contact information, and apply.

Jobs on campus are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Students desiring employment must have a Social Security Number and be prepared to provide proper identification, verifying their identities and ability to work within the United States, before work begins. For more information, please contact the Human Resources Office or review the student worker handbook.

The Work Study Program of Piedmont College is a federally-sponsored program established for the purpose of stimulating and promoting the part-time employment of students who have financial needs. The Work Study Program is administered in accordance with applicable Federal regulations and policies of the college. Details on the program are found in the Student Worker Handbook at http://www.piedmont.edu/student-handbook
