The use of digital technologies to design, develop, and deliver instructional content via the Internet, mobile devices, and networked systems, has become commonplace in industry and military contexts as well as educational institutions at all levels, public and private. Accessibility options for exceptional learners are also explored. Students develop expertise in the use of relevant digital communication technologies and several learning management systems. Students create instructional materials deployable to the Internet and mobile devices.
