CJK 0223 Corrections Crossover to Law Enforcement Human Issues

This course will introduce the student to the proper response to crisis situations. The course content will include the legal responsibilities and the options available to the officer, recognizing the signs and symptoms of individuals with disabilities, assessing suicide risk, and responding to crises with the elderly and juveniles.
