EEC 2002 Program Management
This course emphasizes managing all available resources to ensure the effective operation of a child care early childhood education program. A systematic approach for planning, organizing, record keeping, and staff management is applied. It is designed to prepare students to effectively lead programs for young children. Students who also successfully complete this course will meet one of the educational requirements for the Foundational Level Child Care and Education Administration credential and one of the educational requirements for the Advanced Level Administration Credential as defined by the State of Florida.
