ENC 1102 English Composition II

Students will enhance their knowledge of the principles and practices of research and will demonstrate proficiency in following prescribed methods of library research and MLA documentation in the research paper. The student will also gain through literature an appreciation of the interrelatedness of culture and art. Through exposure to at least two of the four genres (novel, poetry, drama, short story), students will be able to articulate their critiques and analyses of the literature. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.
