Certification

Students who successfully complete this program will be eligible to sit for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification exam to become a Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Graduation from the program is not contingent on taking or passing any certification examinations, and completion of program requirements does not guarantee passage of the ASCP Board of Certification Exam.
