CULA230 Global Cuisines - Europe
This course presents the principles of traditional dishes of cuisines around Europe. Ingredients, flavor profiles, preparations and techniques for each region are analyzed. Students will have the opportunity to prepare, taste, evaluate, and present dishes from a variety of European countries. Restricted to Culinary Arts students.
