This program is intended upon completion to prepare a student for the Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Certified Professional (CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SCP) Exam. Upon scoring high enough on this exam, a student is eligible for advancement in their human resource career.

If you have interest in continuing your education in human resources, speak with a business and administrative pathway advisor to learn about additional educational opportunities at NSCC.
We strongly recommend students take the Accuplacer Placement Exam in the Center for Alternative Studies prior to registration for advising purposes.
