VET102 Veterinary Parasitology
This course will introduce freshman students to the variety of internal and external parasites that affect domestic animals. Students will learn Latin names and classifications, diagnostic techniques, life cycles, treatment and prevention strategies for a wide range of parasites that are commonly encountered in veterinary practice. (2 hours of lecture per week)
