GRA208 Designing for Web
This course is an introduction to web and mobile design focusing on the usability, user experience and design elements that can simplify communication, planning and delivery of online content. It will investigate user interface and experience (UI and UX); research techniques; define project outcomes and deliverables; storyboarding; type, graphics, images and online visual communication vocabulary/tools/techniques. The course will blend theory and practice with students designing and presenting web and mobile app proposals and designs through hands-on projects, papers and investigation of best practices.
