PSS210Certified Personal Trainer Course with CPR

Program Information

  • ITA eligible
  • Comprised of 16-hours of lecture, 16-hours of hands-on practical training and a 30-hour internship
  • Day, evening, or weekend program

Campus Information

  • Danvers and Lynn campuses
  • Required internship hours are scheduled at local fitness facilities and may vary from classroom hours.

Additional Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • In order to stay current those working in the field must updated their CPR/AED certification every two years.

Advising Notes

This program is intended to prepare a student for the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Exam. Upon scoring high enough on this exam, a student is eligible for entry level employment as a personal trainer.

Students must pay in full, for each course, at the time of registration or make arrangements for a payment plan.
