UCF206 Wetland Law Enforcement
Designed to provide students with practical skills relating to administration of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. Students gain an understanding of the important ecological role of coastal and freshwater wetlands, skill in identifying wetland indicator plants, delineating wetland areas and procedures followed by local conservation commissions responsible for administration of the Act. (2 hours of lecture, 3 hours of lab per week)
