RES101 Real Estate Principles and Practices 1
Provides information which prepares students for the Mass Real Estate Salesperson Examination and for entry-level positions in real estate sales. Topics include real property concepts, ownership rights, zoning, forms of ownership, real estate contracts, title transfer, types of mortgages, lending practices, sources of financing, real estate taxes, leases, appraisal, and real estate math. This course is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespeople. Formerly RES 201.
