ESL65 Intermediate ESL Writing 1
Intermediate ESL Writing 1|Pre: ESL placement exam score|Students work on writing well-formed sentences with subjects, predicates, modifiers, and clauses. They also learn to use an organizational plan in developing clear and cohesive paragraphs. Emphasis is on topic sentences, supporting details, transition words, good mechanics, and relevant information. This course satisfies no elective requirements. (3 hours of lecture per week)
