CHE-1014G Introduction to Chemistry with Laboratory
An introduction to inorganic and beginning organic chemistry. Topics include chemical bonding, molecular structure, intermolecular interactions, and factors that affect chemical reactions. Laboratory work parallels lecture topics.
Prerequisite
Must have a grade of C- or better in
MAT-0083, or an ACT Mathematics sub-score of 17 or higher, or an SAT Mathematics sub-score of 460 or higher.
Notes
Not open to any student who has completed CHE-1033G or CHE-1043 with a grade of C or higher.
