EDEE 323 Language Arts for Early Elementary

Role of language arts in the early elementary curriculum. Diagnosis of children's communication skills, needs, and subsequent teaching techniques are central to the course. Areas of emphasis include language development, listening and thinking skills, speaking, written expression, spelling and handwriting. Field experience is an integral part of this course.
