  2. Successful completion of a prior teacher education program, and
  3. Attainment of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in an undergraduate program of teacher preparation, or
  4. Successful completion of a graduate program in education at either the initial or advanced level.

  1. PRAXIS test requirements.

  2. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Upon completion of coursework and successful completion of the required PRAXIS Examinations, candidates will be eligible for provisional certification and submission of teaching portfolio, which demonstrates a candidate's effective delivery of instruction as gauged against the Kentucky Teacher Standards.
