Orientation
A comprehensive orientation program for all new students has been designed to get students on track for success. Students can participate in New Comet Orientation Days during the summer and prior to the beginning of fall term classes.
Students take part in planned orientation functions including campus familiarization, academic advising and registration, placement testing, housing assignments, and a variety of social activities. Campus offices and staff share information about specific topics including financial aid, housing, student life, student resources and more.
A Blackboard student orientation gives students an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the learning management system and learn key information about MSU.
