SPED 386 Learning Disabilities
This course will include identification, characteristics and delivery of services for children, youth and other individuals with learning and related disabilities. A heavy emphasis will be placed on creating and modifying learning environments, and adapting instructional strategies to meet the needs of students in inclusive early childhood, elementary and secondary settings. Students will focus on best practices and methods related as well as technology for teaching to varied learning needs. Pre-requisite: EDUC 389; Co-requisite: EDUC 387. Fall on campus; Spring online.
